Marnie has lived in many different neighborhoods in Toronto and loves to explore this vibrant city. Her knowledge of the various central and west Toronto districts provide her with an almost instinctual understanding of Toronto real estate. Add to that, Marnie's experience - she has been a licenced real estate salesperson since 1987 - and you realize you are in good hands!

When the right fit is found she draws on her skills as an experienced negotiator to complete the sale to everyone’s satisfaction. As a long time resident of Toronto, Marnie is familiar with every type of residential building found in its diverse neighbourhoods. She can answer your questions regarding transportation routes, public transit, school districts, parks, shopping, entertainment, city life, and even where to find the best pizza, samosa or sushi. Marnie is also able to recommend local movers, home improvement specialists, stagers, gardeners, cleaning services and more. “I’ll do anything necessary to make life easier for my valued clientele,” she says. “That’s what it’s all about.”

When not busy at work, Marnie most enjoys exploring the streets of the city with her adorable cockapoo, Mitzi and her husband, Rick. She also enjoys rare family time with her son, Glenn who is attending school. Marnie’s other interests include the arts, painting, music, outside events and meditation.
